We only process personal data as far as is necessary for the website and the FullRange app. Here you can read which data that is and what it is used for.

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third-party servers; even the font is hosted on our server. When you visit, the web server stores technically necessary log data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to ensure operation and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

The app (fullrange.app)

To let you use the app, we process:

• your email address and display name, to manage your account and send you sign-in codes,
• the public keys of your passkeys or security keys (the private key never leaves your device),
• your training data: plans, sessions, sets, range-of-motion ratings, notes and comments,
• session data (device or browser, IP address, time of sign-in), to secure your sign-ins and show them to you in your profile.

The legal basis is the performance of the user agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The app sets a single, technically necessary cookie for signing in. So that you can train even without a connection, the app also stores data on your device.

Who sees your training data

Only you see your sessions – plus a coach you have explicitly allowed to coach you. You can have coaching ended at any time. Administrators of an organisation manage memberships but do not see any training data.

Processors

The app runs on a server in a data centre in the EU. We send sign-in codes and notifications via an email delivery service. We create the exercise images using the Black Forest Labs service; only image descriptions are transmitted, no data about you.

Retention period

We store your data for as long as your account exists. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes and are deleted after one day, as are expired sessions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to us at office@neubauer-digital.at. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
